These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by The Grin Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), a video production studio serving Orange County and Los Angeles, California. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. The site and its content
The content on this site, including video, photography, text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to The Grin Studio or to the respective clients and rights holders. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for any other purpose without prior written consent of the rights holder.
2. Client work and testimonials
The work samples on this site show projects we produced for real clients and are drawn from materials those clients have themselves made public. We display them solely to demonstrate the character of our work, and all rights in client materials remain with their owners. The video reviews were provided to us by the clients who recorded them. Results shown for one client do not promise identical results for another.
If you hold rights in any material shown here and would like it removed, contact us at the address below and we will take it down promptly.
3. The platform test and the guide
The platform test and the PDF guide are provided for general informational purposes only. They reflect our professional experience but do not constitute marketing, financial, or legal advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular business outcome from applying them.
4. Services and pricing
Information on this site, including pricing, describes our offering in general terms and is not a binding offer. Production services are provided under a separate written agreement between you and The Grin Studio, and that agreement controls in case of any difference. We may change the offering and pricing shown on the site at any time.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or collect content from the site.
- Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party platforms, such as our Instagram profile, and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grin Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
